Golden State Warriors traded away Jordan Poole, a member of their Wisconsin connections, prior to the 2023 NBA Draft on Thursday. However, they selected Brandin Podziemski, another native of Wisconsin, with the 19th choice to fill that gap.
The lefty played for Santa Clara last season, where he averaged 19 points and shot 43 percent from three-point range. He will blend in well with Steph Curry.
