On October 7 and October 13, respectively, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors will square off twice during this year’s preseason schedule.
The first match will take place at Chase Center, while the second preseason contest will be held in Los Angeles at the Crypto.com Arena.
Both of the Pacific Division opponents hope to finish among the top teams in the Western Conference next year. After losing to the Lakers in Game 6 of the Western Conference semifinals, the Warriors’ 2022–23 season came to an unfortunate conclusion.
The Denver Nuggets then defeated the Los Angeles Lakers in a difficult four-game sweep in the Western Conference finals.
The preseason games between the two clubs will be the first opportunity for their respective rosters to develop synergy for the next season. Both teams have a lot of roster retooling to do this summer.
