Warriors’ player gets completely honest about Jordan Poole

Since Jordan Poole’s skills began to deteriorate after being a crucial component of the Golden State Warriors’ 2022 championship run, much has been made about the emerging star. Many people have lost hope in the young guard, but Jonathan Kuminga, Poole’s former teammate, offered his candid opinion on the most recent Washington Wizards signing, asserting that he will show up next season:

Patrick Baldwin Jr. and Ryan Rollins, who were traded for Chris Paul, were also shown love by Kuminga. Even while the Warriors are happy to have Paul back, there are still individuals in the team that support Poole and anticipate him succeeding with the Wizards.

Earlier this summer, Kuminga’s name was also included in trade rumors, which puts him in an intriguing situation with the Warriors. Despite some rumors to the contrary, the Warriors did not attempt to package Kuminga in order to advance in the 2023 Draft.

One of the sad realities of being a lottery choice on a club that intends to challenge for a championship is that Kuminga was reportedly less than delighted about his minor role during the previous season, according to some accounts. Although Kuminga is now still in Golden State and recently wished his former teammates luck as they moved on to Washington, it’s unclear whether the Warriors are still interested in trading for him.
