We could learn a little bit more about the Draymond Green-Jordan Poole friendship, which ended badly.
Green gained notoriety the previous year after being seen on camera hitting Poole during a drill.
Before Poole was sent to the Washington Wizards in the offseason, the two eventually patched things up and played together for the full season.
After the deal was finalized, Poole suddenly stopped following Green on Instagram, sparking rumors that the now-ex-coworkers still harbor animosity toward one another.
Rapper Cam’ron alleges in a recent edition of his podcast “It Is What It Is” that he was informed that Poole’s trash talking during practice led to the Poole-Green altercation.
“From all the things that I was hearing…they was saying there’s reasons Draymond punched him in the face, they said the first day he told Draymond… I f—ed more woman at Michigan State than you, when you went there.”
“And then they were running sprints and he told Draymond don’t worry about it you’ll be in Sacramento next year.”
“Then he told Draymond why is your Twitter handle MoneyGreen when you’re broke and you’re not going to get a new contract.”
